Mix Your Record
|
Take your time, get it right, send us mp3s along the way for feedback. Print alternate versions for "vocal up" etc. See our "How To Prepare" page for more good advice on getting the most out of your mastering experience. DO NOT OVER-COMPRESS!

Pick our brains, tell us about your project. Give us a heads up when you're getting close to finishing. ron@resolutionmastering.com is the best way, as we're often in the studio mastering something, but feel free to call if it's urgent . 818-481-7064. Leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Start A Session
|
Go to the "Start A Session" page on our site and conveniently pay for all of our services with a credit card or paypal. All rates are clear and complete, no hidden charges.

Send Us Your Files
|
We'll e-mail you with directions on how to upload your files to your own password-protected drop box. To do this, you'll need an FTP program. If you don't have one already, here's a link to a few good FTP programs.
Or feel free to send your files by mail, UPS, Fed-Ex or any other means. You can also use your own iDisk or web server if you prefer. If you're in LA, you can even drop by in person.

Check Our Work
|
In most cases, we can turn your project around in a few days. If it's going to be longer, we'll let you know up front. By all means, tell us if you're on a tight deadline. Once we've done our thing, we'll send an e-mail inviting you to download a CD quality version of your mastered project to check out.

Approve Our Work / Request Tweaks
|
Take your time, listen in a few environments. Make sure you love it. If you'd like us to make any adjustments, we're happy to do it before printing your master. One round of changes is included in your rate. If you decide to remix at this point or realize you've sent us the wrong version, obviously we'll have to bill you for additional studio time.

Master Delivery
|
Once you approve our work, we'll deliver your master in your preferred format, either PMCD or DDP. We can mail you a PMCD or DDP master, or send it overnight for the cost of that service. We can also ship directly to your manufacturer if you prefer. Most manufacturers will accept a DDP uploaded file these days too, which we can do for you. Check your duplicator and let us know what they prefer.

Share Your Music With The World
|
We hope you have great success with your music, and we take pride in every project we master. We appreciate a credit on the CD, a copy of the finished version, and most of all, your referrals and repeat business. We love what we do and we appreciate the opportunity to play a part in the realization of your creative vision.
